Dr. Genesis Larkins DC, MSFN grew up between North Carolina and Texas with 7 brothers and 1 sister. She has always been an athlete participating in volleyball, basketball, soccer, and track and field. After realizing her best sport was Track and Field, she focused on becoming the best athlete she could. She accepted a scholarship at Angelo State University competing in the 400m dash. During her time at Angelo State, her team was able to win a conference championship! In her Freshman season, she developed a pain in the arch of her foot. The injury required surgery and extensive rehab. When she returned to training, the changes in her foot led to pain in her hips and lower back. After months of physical therapy, she decided to go to the chiropractor to see if there was anything else she could do to be able to return to the Track without pain or discomfort. After 2 weeks of treatment, she was able to run without pain and return to practice without restriction. Because of the knowledge she gained and significant improvement from chiropractic care, she decided she wanted to do this for other people and athletes!
Dr. Larkins welcomed her first baby to her family September 2025! “I have always treated Mom’s and Babies during practice, but becoming a mom myself, I have become a better person and a better doctor. I love to travel, spend time with my friends and family, and binge on my favorite TV shows!”
Dr. Larkins has extensive knowledge in sport rehabilitation, biomechanics, and functional nutrition. She received her Masters in Functional Nutrition in 2020 along with her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2021 at Parker University in Dallas, TX. Functional Nutrition has always been an area of interest for Dr. Larkins. She wanted to be able to provide her patients with comprehensive, full body care. This addition to her education has allowed patients to look at their health as a whole and see how the body can work at an optimum capacity. She completed her internship at the Dallas Veterans Affairs Hospital during COVID and was able to experience emergency medicine while completing her training. During Chiropractic school she participated in specialized classes that allowed her to have training in A.R.T. (Active release technique), Webster’s technique, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), and Sports rehabilitation. Her goal is to spread her knowledge about the benefits of holistic and preventative care to as many people as possible.

Dr. McIntyre’s focus is on treating patients as individuals and supporting the normal physiology of the body. Coming from a long line of chiropractors, Dr. McIntyre learned at a young age that symptoms are a manifestation of the body trying to communicate something.
“It’s my job as a doctor to help translate the message.”
“My goal is to help individuals maximize what their body has to offer. When you feel good, life is good.”
As a provider, Dr. McIntyre has a variety of different techniques that can be utilized for care. Dr. McIntyre grew up studying and utilizing nutrition. She has learned the value of supporting the body’s natural physiology in order to maintain optimum health.
“As a mother of 3, doctor, athlete, and a lifelong patient of chiropractic care myself, I have personally seen the benefits of how holistic healthcare can change lives. For my pregnant patients, you cannot give what you do not have. For my pediatric and adult patients, we have to focus on giving the body the right building blocks for healing and to maintain health. And for my athletes, there is nothing like finding that missing piece of the puzzle to optimize your performance. I want to empower patients to take control and improve their quality of life. Chiropractic and holistic healthcare is my passion, and I truly enjoy continuing to study and apply new ways to help my patients and family.”
After growing up all over the country, Dr. McIntyre is happy to call Phoenix home. In her free time she enjoys spending time with my family and friends, running, playing sand volleyball, cooking, reading, and traveling.
